I went through a long way in deciding on the kodiak while comparing with the peugeot 5008. The 5008 has a fascinating interior design when compared to the kodiak while the later seems more spacious. 

Decision is tough. Can you help

You've pretty much summed it up, the Peugeot has an innovative interior, and is generally better specced.

 

The Kodiaq feels bigger, looks better, and for me is the overall better SUV of the two. Given the choice I'd buy the Skoda.

 

Give me the choice right now, I'd probably buy a SEAT Tarraco. Their current pricing makes them better value than the Kodiaq.
