Skoda Connect

Featured Replies

New to the forum so apologies if already discussed!

I have an I Phone 6S on a BT contract which allows me to create a hot spot with my Karoq but when i then try to go into the Connect app on the car it just comes up with a message telling me there is no data connection.

Have looked at various things on the internet and it seems a common problem with some network providers although BT refuse to acknowledge its anything to do with them!

Was just wondering if anyone had discovered a ‘workaround’ as its a brand new car and would like to have all the features working and available but as i have just moved my mobile contract over to BT i am stuck with my phone and network provider.

Look forward to hearing back if anyone can help?
