I have a 2014, 35000 mile skoda superb Saloon.   At what interval should the cam belt be changed?

Someone will be along with the latest and correct information if VW Group have such a thing for the UK or Skoda does.

I understand it to currently be @ 5 years, or some mystery mileage.

Its the 1.4tsi

Why can no one confirm?  Isn't it on the service booklet that comes with the vehicle?  I dont have mine hence my post

Skoda haven't issued specified cambelt intervals in their service books for several years now.

 

They also make a point of disclaiming all service requirements as being subject to change.

 

The last MkII's and all current models don't even get service books anymore, all enquiries need to be directed to a Skoda retailer and all service records are stored electronically.
