Not sure if i am in the right zone, but i'll ask!

 

trying to log into my skoda connect account to purchase some services before i go away this weekend.

 

i tried on 3 devices last night, and have just tried again now, but i either get password incorrect, or a blank screen with a "0" in the middle and an unmarked green button

 

is it down, broke, or am i doing something wrong?

There was a biking issue with all their websites yesterday  they couldn’t even reply on Facebook
