Hi all! Anyone able to help with this issue. Does anything in the picture stand out? I have random multiple misfire. Seems to be a sucking/blowing sound when I dip the accelerator too. I think it is running lean but with no code to back it up. I can also smell strong fuel at the intake manifold area. Any advice would be appreciated 👍

If the car was warmed up the coolant temp is incorrect and the lambda value indicates very rich fuel / 02 mix.
