Did 105 miles today at an average of 48.2 mpg. Didn't take her over about 2500 rpm but then I didn't need to. If it goes like this when it's new, god help me when the engine loosens up!:eek:

yeah so does Red, put some AutoGlym Extra Gloss Protection on it at the weekend though and it looks well nice in the sun.

Just done 980 miles not going over 3000rpm (ish!) and I think its already feeling even better, averaged 50.4mpg.

Suppose you cant miss that, doesnt happen that often, then again either does getting a shiny new car to play with

By the way, I think the pics look good, black is a great colour purposefully showing many reflections.

A hot sunny day with a beach/sea/horizon in the reflection of the paint would make a great pic, IMO

Looks nice. Glad you're enjoying the motor, shame about City and their seemingly hopeless luck every time they're live on telly!

I saw that Pimp my Ride programme where they introduced some red into the paint. Clearly a bit 'tastic, but have to confess it did look good under the 150W spot lights. Can't we just just get the sun to shine with a high degree of lighting from all angles? If you can get it to do that, I might even swap my own dirty white one for a black one .
