Would a dodgy Anti Shudder Valve show up on VCDS scan ?     When switching ignition off engine would stop immediately,  But about a month ago its started to run on very slightly when switching off then stop,, Did a scan but nothing showed up?   Thanks..

What usually happens with these is that the teeth on the cogs start stripping so might not flag as a VCDS fault until it either jams or no longer functions.

 

Best way it to open it up and check the state of the cogs.
