Niggle: red tab on seat stuck up

Hi folks,

Just a little niggle: the little red warning flag that comes out of the shoulder of the back seats when they're unclipped is stuck up on one side on my car. It has been since I bought it, but missed it on buying... not that it's exactly a deal breaker

The seat is firmly locked... but so is the flag! The latch works fine, releasing and locking as it should. I've sprayed a bit of GT85 around the latch area and as into the mechanism as I can, but it does just seem to be jammed. No obvious way to take that area apart, either, and I don't want to break anything for the sake of a niggle!

Has anyone got any ideas/experience with this?
