On a long journey through Germany I noticed the car’s navigation would cancel its route without warning.

Puff niet nada back to compass. Happened 5 times and had to redefine the route each time.

 

iphone was plugged in to CarPlay,  without any navigation apps running. I did notice that whenever I planed a route on the phone, the car’s navigation would cancel ( I like to compare systems in real time) so there’s probably a link there.

Mostly it feels like a really annoying bug, especially when you’re at a junction. Car is 1 month old

 

Anyone else out there had the same problem, and maybe found a solution?

In my previous car with CarPlay Nav cancels Waze & vice versa.  If you have a calendar event on your iPhone with a location, that can fine up a Nav app which could explain the activation. Not done a long journey in Skoda yet, will know more after weekend.
