Hey Guys,

Im looking after my cousins skoda fabia 1.2classic for a few weeks and hes left me some jobs that needs doing....

he recently brought some stainless steel door sills for all 4 doors.... the back two are small standard ones with fabia written on it........whilst the front two are larger with fabia written on a acrylic surface with green neon LED's underneath............

the problem ive got is wiring the front ones up to the door switch or to the courtesy lights so the green neons come on and off when the door is open and closed.........................can anyone help me or guide me to the wiring loom or control box for the door lights as the instructions only say wire up to the push button switch found on the door frame or to a 12v battery supply....... no diagrams are given.......thanks

try a multimeter on various wires and then stick lables on when you find the one that works, other wire will just have to go the a ground point.

I'd find which side the wiring goes up to the interior light and join into that. It should come down an a pillar so shouldnt be to far from where you are.

hi! i have a fabia 2009 and i want connect 4 door sills with led.What color are the wires for the front and rear doors for positive and negative for dome light switch,that will connect to the fabia? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
