I had a problem after removing & reinstalling my radio it asks for a code from 4-digits,  after search they said it can be generated from serial no
so the serial no is SKZ4Z2L14644282
& the radio is same like attached photo 
if anybody can help

Failing that, any dealer should be able to get the code for you.

Remember to take with you proof of ownership and maybe something that proves that you are who you say you are, I think VW Group tightened up things many years ago covering things like this.  I thought the s/n key code generating thing was from an earlier era - as I fell for that and bought a set of discs that could allow you to generate key codes from serial numbers on a VW Gamma radio from maybe 2006, with no luck!

4282 not unlock it
it seems i should contact the Skoda dealer
i thought I could find any member has the code generator
