Now that the stealers are using the electronic service record and not stamping a service booklet, how does an independent workshop record a service in order to maintain the vehicle warranty?

My Skoda dealer has offered to give me a service book that can be stamped as well as the electronic record so they must be available?  Ask for one and see what excuse they can come up with. 

My independent workshop (which specialises in VW/Audi/Skoda/SEAT produce both a digital service plan, and a paper copy identical to Main Dealer information. The digital service plan even appears in the My Skoda app. Personally wouldn't touch any main dealer workshop with a barge pole unless it's warranty work.
