Yeah I’m a bit annoyed about this. Collected a new key on Friday and had it programmed. Took them an hour to do it. When I got back in the car everything was reset.

 

Not a problem.  Changed the lighting and other stuff back. My phone didn’t connect but I thought nothing of it.

 

Been out tonight and : 

 

There is no Bluetooth connectivity as in the option simply is not there

Select phone and it says it’s not available

select Smartlink and it says I have to have the dealer activate it

Navigation is saying the data is corrupt

 

Ive reset the unit but that’s made no difference. They must have done hundreds of keys !

 

Im on lates all next week then off to Wales on Friday night so it’s not going to be easy for me to get down to them to sort it. No Navigation ffs !

Could re-updating the satnav maps from USB stick get round the data corruption issue for now?

Yeah 😞 I have thought about that but I would rather they put it right. I don't want to make it worse. To top it off the the new key is also very sticky in the barrel.... Altogether very inconvenient and something that should have been spotted 😡
