Little favour to ask someone with a tape measure

Evening chaps, I could do with something measuring to see if it's the same as mine. I know it's been cold outside, but it would really help me...

What I'm after is a measurement for how far apart the seat rail holes are on a mk3, and a rough figure for the top of the seat base from the floor, with the seat all the way down (or just whatever it is if yours are none adjustable).

That was what you thought I was going to ask right? 😁
