My alloys need replacing on the MK1 2002 elegance, 16". Will MK2 wheels fit.

Unfortunately no.  The PCDs are different - 5 x 100 on mk1, 5 x 112 on mk2.  Golf up to mk4 is the same PCD FYI.

As above, the mk 1 is a pcd of 5x100 and the,mk2s and later are 5x112. 

 

 

 

Having problems getting hold of a set. The old ones are really scabby and replacement tyres went flat, had to have sealer put on inner rims. The Octavia is a good condition runaround, earning me mileage and not run up the mileage on my mk3. If anyone has a set of serviceable wheels please get in touch

I have a set of 15" steels if that's any use to you?  They're serviceable but not pretty.

 

@benterrier @StickyMicky - I'm guessing, but most mk1 110s were Elegance or L&K specs, and had 6.5x16ET42; other details as described

I can't remember the name or part number, but that's standard on the Elegance; 6.5x16ET42, 57.1mm spigot and 5x100PCD. L&K or vRS wheels are a direct fit, and so are 6.5x15ET42 steels from an SLX (pre-facelift).
