I always consider it good form to get two fully functional key fobs with a car, without having to barter up front. My camper came with only one fob and a non electronic key, which I wasn’t amused with after I flooded the fob and a replacement is silly money from Peugeot.

 

The Octavia came with three fully functioning fobs !..... is that normal, or would the previous keeper have ordered an extra one or two for some reason ?

My Octavia has three keys but I was always under the impression this was only because it had the personalisation option fitted.

I got three keys with mine ...told by dealer this was now normal .

So three is the norm, thanks for that. I don’t like the thought of being abnormal 😉

1.0 cars don’t have personalisation (or drive modes) so only have 2 keys.
