Squeak from front drivers suspension

Hi

So as the title says I've got a squeak from my front suspension. I changed the strut, spring, tie rod and track rod end in May for the MOT a few months later it developed a squeak. I thought it could be the bottom ball joint so I've now replaced that however the squeak is still there. It mostly happens when turning right and going over any kind of bump. Also happens more often once the car is warmed up. 

Is there anyone who has had similar problems
