Change timing belt?

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a Skoda fabia combi 1.4 l 2008 model.

The timing belt was changed by the previous owner at 50.000.

Is has now run 100.000.

Should I now change it again?

My understanding is that these belts are supposed to last a while longer. My car repair man says to wait until 130.000, but I would really be sad to see it go before!

Thx for your input!!

I'll agree with you there!

No honors for just about changing it in time.
