No, but if you put the PR codes in an VW Group Option Code Decoder that will tell you what you need to know, as well as info like what brakes are on the car which is useful when you need to change them as there are usually 2 or 3 different types fitted.

 

You can and the PR codes on a sticker in the boot and usually in the service book or handbook as well:
