Hello Briskodians, I have recently leased Skoda Karoq SE Tech. My Car play function has stopped working. However, it does still charge my phone. Does anyone know of any resets I can do or is it worth taking it into the garage? This feature is a key reason for us choosing this model. Thanks 

My first thoughts would be:-

1. Reset the phone

If that fails then:-

2. Reset the infotainment

After that:-

Try a (quality) different cable.

What sort of phone? I've had all sorts of issues with Android C connector which seem to fail after a while, quite often due to slow build up of "stuff" in the phone end of the connector.

 

Just in case - try a different phone and a new quality cable

My and my partners phones (both Apple) will charge but not connect with the CarPlay. So far I have tried 2 cables. Having no luck with either.
