Cloudy instrument panel glass

My 2011 Fabia VRS has developed cloudy patches on the inside of the instrument panel glass which have started to become irritating particularly when the sun shines through the side window onto the instrument panel. Is anyone able to tell me how easy or difficult it is to remove the glass to either clean or replace it as no doubt as time goes on the problem will more than likely get worse ?
