Does anyone know how much the rear centre headrest in the Karoq should move up and down?

 

Mine moves just 1 click up (approx 1 inch) before refusing to budge any further. This makes it pretty useless for any adult sitting in the middle seat of the rear bench because the head rest is not high enough. My dealership has changed its mind twice if this is correct or not and ŠKODA UK were useless - just referring me to the handbook.

Well, the centre head restraint in our SEL doesn't adjust as much as the outside ones but it's more than an inch!

Berisford - thank you for the reply. Skoda UK have also now just come back to me (after I prodded them again) to say the centre headrest should move c18cm up and down - which is clearly more than mine does. I will now go back to the dealership again (3rd time).
