Help identifying o-ring part number

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I have a coolant link, and a friend who is a mechanic has identified the problem being a leak on one of the two hoses that enter the cabin together (the bottom one).

I need to identify the part number for the o-ring inside the coupler. Can anyone help?

A call to your local Skoda dealer's parts department is all you need do.

Thanks MicMac. Was hoping someone might be able to identify so I could pick it up online. Calling them was my backup. I'll try them now.

Year and engine code of your car would make it much easier for people to search parts catalogues such as nemigaparts.com ...

I suspect most garages would have an o-ring to fit in their inventory, it's unlikely to be a unique part.

It's a diy job with an o-ring selection box, less than a tenner from various shops.

Just be sure to get the butyl rubber type and not silicone, they will seal but butyl is oe.

... ensure they're metric too, not imperial.

Ordered a kit in the garage that has two orings as well as the clips that go with it.

If I get the part number, I'll post up here.

Thanks for taking the time to respond
