octavia vrs estate auto purchase

Hi all,

first post so be gentle...

I'm in the market for a nearly new Octavia Estate Vrs Auto, non leather, black pack, nearly new, the local main stealer have given me these two

there maybe a couple coming into local stock in a few weeks and I'm in no rush.

For the extra money is the white better value ? I think the panoramic roof will make it a lot lighter in the back for the kids, but any downsides to leaks, seals etc ?

any thoughts on either ? also debating if its worth PCP'ing it seems like a lot of interest payments...

Anything else to consider ?
