Can one verify this 1.2 tsi boost log ?

I have 1.2 tsi Octavia 2010. 2 years ago complete new chain was fitted, and one year ago 4 new injectors, spark plugs, HT leads and coil.

The other day i had EPC error and limp mode. Turned of and on and the everything ok again. If i via VCDS to basic settings for charge pressure control, it ends with "nothing".

If i do the test for testing endpoints, it does not move the rod. When the engine not running - should i be able to move the actuator rod by hands back anf forth ? With ease ? When i try, its wery hard to move.

I took a drive, logging some boost pressure, and it seems that when im going Full throttle, it works, but after when i release the speeder the numbers seems odd , or i do not know how they shoud be: The is here, starting from full throttle in 3. gear in the red area, and release the speeder and pressing clutch in the green area. Is it wrong ?
