What IMMO version does my car have?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I got my speedometer swapped by a Maxidot one. I am unaware of the technique used by the specialist. Now I see that my Engine and Instrument cluster controls do not have IMMO ID. Many features are disabled. However, my 25-Immo doesn't have any fault. I decided to purchase a Vag Tacho to retrieve the pin and recode the instrument cluster.

So, I would like to know what IMMO version does my 2009 Skoda Octavia MK2 FL have.

Thank you!

The easiest way is to read it from an autoscan using a scanning tool like vcds.

Otherwise you have to trace it in your car.

It should be a kind of 5K0 module as far as I remember for your car.

I think you mean the control number for the immo, but I’d like to know the immo ID. Please take a look at the attached photo, borrowed from a RossTech video.

Thank you!
