CAN'T GET DAB SIGNAL BUT FM WORKS.

Featured Replies

My Skoda Octavia Mk3 SE as Bolero radio fitted and I can't get a DAB signal any where I travel. I can get FM signal fine doe's anyone know of any problems I can sort out myself. I also can't not find the aerial is it rear screen or under front dashboard?

Any please help before I pay £120 just to have it checked out by Skoda or £70 by a local Car Radio Dealer.

If you have anything else plugged in remove it. My front and rear cameras appear to cause enough interference to disrupt dab signal, I think it is the cheapy Chinese four port cigarette / usb charger doing it

I have Think Aware Cameras fitted and hardwired to fuse board. There was no signal before I fitted the cameras. Thank You encephalopathy.

In my Oct 3 Scout 2015, the DAB never worked properly.  It spent more time on white  noise than playing music and I never used it.  Having recently changed to an Audi 2017 the DAB is perfect.

yep, can confirm having a camera stuck to the rear windscreen will cause interference with the DAB a signal.
