When i open the door the interior light does not come on.  However, the lights work when the switches are toggled.

 

Any ideas?

Is it with all doors or just drivers door?

Does mfd show that the door is open?

If its just drivers door could be a common problem with the wiring loom breaking in the big black boot at the a pillar

Its not specific to the drivers door.  The MFD does shows door as open.
