Anyone any ideas as to what the AUX-IN input is for in the armrest in the Superb L&K, I thought there was a USB socket fitted in the car but can't find one, can one be fitted.

I'd imagine its for connecting an Ipod or similar device via a 3.5 Aux cable, so that you can listen to your music etc.  Don't think there is a USB, at least I haven't found one on mine. Having said that I haven't had cause to use it since the Bluetooth seems to work well for my spotify

 

I wanted the USB for charging iPad etc for the daughter and Grandaughter in the back.

No power outlet at rear of binnacle?

If you have an MDI connector in the armrest you can get USB and iPod leads which charge but very short length. However Superb has a rear cigar lighter anyway? 

Aux-In is the old way of connecting an iPod or older style mobile phone.

 

You'd be best buying one of these and sticking it into the 12V socket that supplies the rear seats...
