iPhone 11 unable to be paired

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

Last week, received my new iPhone 11 company phone. I have tried to pair this with my Kodiaq without any success. Was able to pair it easily with my wife's 4yr old Mitsubishi ASX.

Rang dealer service, they were unaware of any issues. I researched online, firstly found Briskoda (hence why I am here), then found a Skoda compatibility website  http://compatibilitylist.skoda-auto.com/

Looking at it, iPhone 11 is not listed at all, even on other Skoda models, so I suspect it is not compatible for any of the Skoda range, which is strange for a world standard ie Bluetooth.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have heard of it ?

I previously had the IOS 13 issue on my previous iPhone 7, which I quickly resolved, but this one has me stumped.

Appreciate any thoughts or help.

Regards

I should also add, I have checked for any SW updates based on my VIN and apart from maybe a map update, there are none.

We have two iPhone 11 phones paired with our Kodiaq. No issues.
