Are there any VCDS owners in the Trafford / Manchester area who could please help me with copying the settings from my existing CAM control unit to a new one?

 

I've just had my fingers burnt with a local guy I found on ebay who told me my new unit was incompatible, but still charged me anyway.

The issue is becoming chronic, with the battery draining after 48 hours at most
