sorry no i got there at 8:30 and left about 4:00 seen 2 vrs one at station with R50*** I think thats was black and one when I was leaving that was black but a 05 plate

Yep. Re-trimmed in black nappa leather to match the fronts.

I hope they match OK, I assume the fronts will not be a matt finish on the leather being part worn or did you manage to make them look new?

The backs came up like new. The bases are a little bit shiny, but i think it gives it character!

Just dropped the rear bench off at The Seat Surgeons today.

The swatch of nappa they have was a near perfect match to the TT nappa. The only problem is the fronts have a slight sheen on the faces.

They couldn't do it there & then, as they needed to order in the nappa leather.

As soon as they have the leather, they'll start work on the bench which should be the back end of next week. Then I can pick it up & have it fitted again.

It sounds like it maybe better quality. I had Nappa on my last car and it was sooo soft!

Yes it is. The TT seats are finished in nappa leather, so I want an exact match.

Nappa is softer but, unfortunately, more expensive! :(

Still getting a good price from The Seat Surgeons though. Cheaper than anywhere else.

Out of interest, are these guys anywhere near Sussex? Also, how much have you chaps paid to have the front and rear seats retrimmed in leather?
