Absolutely no speed limits were broken in the production of this photograph unless you were driving on a German Autobahn at 5 in the morning.

Thats 12 miles in 11 minutes so  not too bad lol. However I think shy is only jealous his 300+bhp Superb beast cannot get mpgs that low 🤣

My ears were burning so thought I would chip in with this one. Borrowed wife's Karoq 1.5TSi manual tonight to give it a run (since she started working from home it's only done 400 miles in 6 weeks) and averaged 59mpg on my 27 mile commute.

Pretty sure I could break the 70mph avg. if I  had more cooling for the brakes, they do get a bit hot towards the end

Never mind the bhp figures (after all who uses Vmax anyway in the UK), how do each of the engine variants respond wrt torque, as that's what provides the real thrills ime.
