Has anyone  got a spare hook for yeti acs 6204

Must be loads in a scrapyard or breakers as came in the toolkit as standard. Common to most VW and Audi cars

The hook/towball part is NOT common across a number of cars, as many have found in the past, since they come in different heights and different lengths. The nearest that was found to be compatible was the Tiguan.
It would also be useful if the OP confirmed WHERE he is, and which make of tow bar is fitted to his car. I have presumed it is the Westfalia one.

I hadn't realised his car has a towbar fitted, my towbar involved the removal & redundancy of the rear bumper beam which has the threaded socket for the screw in towing eye, therefore the eye can no longer be used at the rear, not a real problem as the towball is perfect for anything I want to do.

 

Can the stock towing eye be used with a Westfalia or other towbar?

 

Editted, I now realise the OP is looking for a swan neck towball to suit his towbar, I was mislead as was Ken Fowler.

 

My question still stands regarding the stock towing eye.

That could be a problem as ACS is closed down due to the Covid19 pandemic.
It's doubtful if you would find one at a breakers to fit.

Can I suggest that you add atleast the country you are in to your details; it helps when people are giving advice.

I'm getting confused as ACS seems to be Dutch and Tow Trust British.

I think your only option will be to contact Tow Trust and hope they will sell you the swan neck, but from experience of other manufacturers where this has come up in the past, they haven't been willing and the enquirer has had to buy a complete new tow bar.

Have you tried Ebay?

I presumed he was referring to the towing eye supplied with every car, as he did not state he wanted the towbar assembly, which as you say is particualr to every model!

If you need a towing hook, nobody appears to sell the detactable part seperately. However, tow-trust towbars suggest you use TST1050AVK for a Yeti, the cheapest I found was: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264652803454

 

Obviously that's a full towbar and hook but you may be able to sell the towbar to get some of your money back.

It isn't a "hook"!
It's correct title is the removeable tow ball.

And I will ask again, since it makes our job much easier, where are you? We need to know so that advice can be tailored to where YOU are.
So far you have posted comments about a UK company and a Dutch company, and that is confusing us.

As I said a couple of messages ago I doubt you will find a company that will sell you just that part, so your only option will be to try and find a second hand one on the likes of Ebay or your local equivalent. Personally I have never seen that make listed in the UK. 

@lapoloma If you go in to your Profile then you will be able to edit your car, location etc for people to be able to see these details and assist you better.
