Good afternoon to my fellow Briskoda's. When I purchased my Octavia in 2009. I joined Briskoda. And enjoyed all that the assn. has to offer. Well, 10 years have flown by, I still own my cherished Skoda, and have enjoyed many many miles in "her" company. This coronavirus is playing havoc with the country (UK) and the greater world, but if we stay safe we will get through it.As we speak the sun is poking through and I can see the beach(just) at Widemouth Bay, which is deserted. Good morning from a very very pleasant day here in Cornwall, made even better because we havn't got the holiday makers here. We used to know Eastbourne very well, some 40 plus years ago I proposed to my wife near the bandstand, on the sea front at Eastbourne. We lived in Kent then and Eastbourne and Hastings were our Sunday excursions.Had I known then what I know now, I "may" have proposed at the top of beachy head...…(I can say that as my wife, Lynda is out in the garden...)
