Excess Vapor

Good Afternoon all,

So I recently purchased a 2007 Mk2 Octavia Estate 1.9 Tdi (BXE) PD 105. 

After a week of owning it, I recently noticed that at operating temperature I see vapor coming from the dipstick. Around the oil filler cap is fine and I see nothing escaping from there. Maybe the ccv is partially blocked? 

Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated as I'm new to these particular engines and the layout of them.
