Hi all,

long time since I've been on here, after leaving the Skoda clan for a bit and dabbling with other cars! 

 

I picked up a 2015 octy Vrs estate last year and love it... But I've come across a problem with the Dab.  

Last August, I drove down from north East Lincolnshire to Cornwall, and back listening to the old radio 6 as you do and other stuff on the Dab radio.

 

I stopped for a coffee at the services on M18, Started the car again and just like that the DAB had gone. Gone completely like it had never even had it. Only FM/AM as options.... So weird!

 

Anyone had this happen to them? 

 

Any ideas what I might be looking for?

 

It's been doing my head in since but as I'm driving more now it's bothering me even more and really wanna get it sorted.

I've uploaded a pic of the software etc if that helps?!

Try holding the power button down on the radio to reset it. I think you hold it down for 10 seconds or until it reboots. Sometimes it is a software issue and is easily fixed.

Thanks mate, I tried this after someone had posted about a similar experience.... Unfortunately for me it didn't work ☹️

 

Next thing is to try where the antenna connects but not sure where that is yet!
