Right chaps it's time for me to swap the bmw in as the wife is using it and she wants a smaller hatchback the two options at the moment are an Audi A3 3.2 quattro S-line or a bmw 130m sport. I like the Audi but would get a better deal on the bmw I've also tried talking her into a octavia vrs but she says it's to big (bugger). Has any one driven these cars or alternatively know how I can talk her into a vrs ??

Im not convinced the smaller bmw is over popular, Ive heard mixed reports & wonder what depreciation might be ike in 2-3 years, the Audi on the other hand is quite sought after.

What Im saying is a better deal now might not be a better deal overall.

Re the Octy, you could say its cheap enough to be able to take her on a decent holiday as well !!

Test drive in a Vrs will normally do it

Mazda 3 is a great car i've used one out here as a hire car and it is a pleasure. I was looking at the online brokers for one after driving it.

Why not look at the Audi A3 2.0T FSI rather than the 3.2, it's nearly as quick and will be a good bit cheaper ?
