Speakers Drop Volume Under Bass

Hi all,

I have a MK3 2019 Monte Carlo and have noticed when listening to music on the louder side, the volume drops when the bass comes in.

I have read elsewhere that this is a feature to 'save your ear drums' that Skoda have put on the entertainment system.

I also read that this cannot be programmed out, would someone be able to confirm this for me?

If this is the case, how can I go about getting rid of it because it's extremely annoying...
