Just to add some detail to Wino's response, the official source is https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do

 

There is a charge per time unit, if I remember correctly it's ~€7 + tax for an hour. If you use a 'print to pdf' function or similar, you can keep the information for a later date 

Or just download whole pdf documents via the Individual vehicle information tab.

Last time I used erwin there were various pdf's on offer but I don't recall any being the full wiring diagrams?

They're all there, six different 'whole car' documents for Octy2, according to manufacture date. Take some navigating round as they tend to be huge files, but ctrl-F is your friend.
