Does anyone know if the rear seats from one of the polo models exactly match 2013 fabia seats so that the middle headrest can be fitted,

Hopefully also the material would be a close enough match to save fitting seat covers.

Have you lost a centre headrest?  I think there were certain models that had no centre headrest, so fitting one retrospectively might be a pain in the rear seat! It may well be easier sourcing a whole back seat complete with the two headrests, from a vehicle that already had them.

 

As for compatibility, I would think it unlikely to be exactly the same, either in for or at least, in pattern of cloth. The shape may well differ, as may the width of the fitment poles and/or press-buttons. It is unlikely they will make it that easy!
