How would you enable the comfort flash option in the car - setting menu on the infoentertainment using vcds 

 

Are you sure that it is nor already enabled, if not I'd guess that someone was disabled it in the infotainment setting menu, I don't have a Fabia but a 2015 Polo which has it set as the default, my wife's old 2002 9N VW Polo had that feature enabled at initial build - and that was almost 18 years ago!

 

Edit:- you are talking about the "comfort flashing" of the indicators?

It's to enable or disable the blinker flashes yes. The option just isn't in the menu. Not sure if it's standard on all models and just needs enabling via vcds 

 

Needs VCRS or Carista.    

On my 2019 fabia it is an option on the settings. According  to the menu it should be ‘car’ - ‘settings’(cog picture) - ‘lights’ - ‘comfort flashing’ - ‘off’
