Hello guys,

 

I have a problem with both headlight washers. After spraying and cleaning the headlights, they remain outside half of their length. I have to push them manually to go back in. 
Is there a possibility to adjust the height ?

If I remember correctly they are activated by water pressure, no settings at the business end. I had mine freeze open a few winters ago, which was a clear cause and effect.

 

For them not to go down there would need to be a blockage, some sort of seal that has worn, some debris etc. 

 

Is it every time?

I seem to recall this being reported a number of times a few years ago on here. Think the solution was to very slightly sand the edge of the cover.
