My drivers door window has developed a ‘ squel’ type noise when operated. Is this noise being generated by the mechanism rather than dry seals ?

 

Snap. Happens worse when it's a hot day like today. It's the seals.

@wd20  Maybe try a rubber / tyre restorer on the rubber at the top of the door panel where the window comes through and see if that resolves the issue.
