verify correct miles

hi and hello to all I am new on here ,I have a 2010 2.0 vrs dsg, petrol which I love to bits ,I am a bit concerned about the miles that are on the car,i bought it in dec 2019 with 98k and have only done 3k,so I don't do many miles, to cut a long story short is there any way of telling that the miles have been put back ,ie if you put it onto the proper Skoda  diagnostic machine ,my mate has vag com but don't know if this will tell me or not ,any help would be welcome ,many thanks
