12v power socket fuse 40

I have a Octavia estate mk3 and the front v12 power socket has stopped working but the boot 12v socket is working.

Is it likely to be a blown fuse? Looking at hand book fuse 40 is for the 12v power socket.

Are both front and boot sockets connected to this fuse? As if blown surely the boot would stop working too?

Any advice would be great!
