First I'm sorry if my English not good enough to you 

I had changed Guages MB 

And the RPM not work we try everything someone said that I have to change  cables bin to be compatible with motherboard 

Tell me exactly what type of Felicia you have (LX, GLX - meaning how many optional equipment installed from factory), year of fabrication, engine type (1.3, 1.6, 1.9), injection or carburettor. Then tell me from what type of Felicia (engine type, year of fabrication) you took the PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

1.3 carb. 1997 GLX

Why did you change the motherboard for gauges?

Was it because you had a clock instead of RPM meter?

Or was it because the RPM meter was faulty?

Fuel gauge & RPM both of these not working

OK. From your answers I understood that you had a fully working dashboard (with a tachometer).

At some point, the tachometer and the fuel gauge stopped working.

So you took another PCB from another Felicia and you saw that the tachometer is still not working. Also the fuel gauge.

 

Please confirm if so far I fully understood correctly the situation.

So iam looking for manual 

There is no such service manual. No wiring diagram.

But I know very well how to repair it because I reversed engineered the PCB.

There are two possibilities:

1. Repair the old PCB
2. Adapt the new PCB, if possible.

I need high resolution photos of old PCB and new PCB. Face and back.
