Hello from the Highlands

Hi, I'm a long time peruser of briskoda and new member, I've been amazed at the size of the community and sheer volume of content on here.

I used to own a mk1 Vrs which is hands down the best vehicle ive owned and driven. Sadly I spun off the road at 40mph in heavy rain and hit the kerb on the opposite lane, bent an axle amongst other damage but still somehow managed to drive it 30 odd miles up west highland winding roads back home.

Lesson well learned: change your tyres before it gets to 1.6mm! 

Now I'm in the market for either another mk1 Vrs or preferably a mk1 4x4 turbo estate.
