Ok, ive got a MIB2.5 + 9.2" screen retrofitted to my 2014 vrs now a few months, works perfect, coded and android auto/ video in motion enabled.

 

Im not asking for video in motion, but when stationary , how do I get youtube vids or APP to work ? when in androidauto the youtube app isnt present. 

 

Ive an android s8+ BTW 

The Youtube app isn't enabled for Android Auto. You'd need to find an alternative. Have a look on the XDA-Developers forum.
