Mk lll Facelift interior doors ambient lights

Hi, 

I Own a MKlll Race Blue 2020 Octavia with 1.6 MPI  6s , unfortunately Here in egypt, The car dealer selling the vehicles lacking many features andy options, they refer to the basics only Manual AC control, no Ambient lights in the front doors, a Halogen Headlights,  No lane Assist, No GPS,  No autoPark,    

i was looking for a solution to install the front doors Ambient lights , is it possible to do kind of retrofit and replace the non LED doors parts with the LED one ?

also want to do the same with the AC panel, and replace it with dual zone or the auto one,.

if yes,  can anyone support and share with me a list have all the needed parts ?

i know that replacing the Headlights with LED one is a big job, maybe later i will look for that.
